2021 IEEE International Conference on Digital Society and Intelligent Systems (IEEE-DSInS 2021) will be held online from 3rd to 4th December 2021. The conference mainly revolves around the application of Intelligent systems in the digital society. As the digital society has emerged in the fourth industrial revolution, the demand for the supports of various leading technologies is increasing. Intelligentization has become increasingly important in different kinds of technologies and the application of them. With the various difficulties of social management and development, intelligent systems are vital to solving problems in many aspects of society. DSInS 2021 is an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research and development results in all areas of Digital Society and Intelligent Systems. DSInS 2021 aims to discuss the key challenges and the latest research in this field to promote the development and application of theory and technology. DSInS 2021 welcomes all high-quality research papers and presentations from related research fields.

The DSInS 2021 organizers sincerely invite internationally recognized experts to propose Special Sessions within a general scope of the conference.
A special session proposal should include:
1. Title of Special Session
2. Name of proposer(s)
3. Contact information
4. Short biographies of the proposers
5. Brief description of the scope and motivation
Proposals will be evaluated based on the quality of the proposal, timeliness and potential impact of the topic. To avoid multiple special sessions covering similar topics, it is likely that an accepted proposal will be combined with similar proposals. Papers submitted for special sessions will be peer-reviewed in the same way as submissions to the regular session.
